We have a great school! Students come to our school for several different reasons. Some come to our school to graduate early. Some come to catch up on their credits because they did poorly in their previous school. Some come to us because they like going to a small school, and some students come to us because they are looking for a safe school.
When students apply to get into our school, we first give them an English and Math inventory as well as a Reading inventory. We take the results of these inventories and discuss each student’s academic strengths and weaknesses with the parents and student. As soon as a new student begins school, we take the results of these inventories and create a personalized plan to fill in the student’s academic gaps. We work to fill in each student’s academic gaps because if a student has an academic gap on lower level academic material, it is more difficult for the student to complete more advanced academic material.
Our school has developed a reputation of being a good school in which students are cared for, and a school that expects academic excellence.
